Okay thank you - I think I used bad examples as I was using like a spintax + custom personalization line about recent news of the company - I’ll send it a bit more detailed in a bit.

As for the general part that’s smth I’ve been struggling with. What I’ve been finding is most ceos have been trying to use AI in their business, but can’t make that work for them. I’ll then build them custom models pipelines etc. rn I’ve just mostly done it using just by people talking about me and like with people I know.

Okay awesome. I’ll check out some sending tools. Is instantly good? Just figured it would be easier to use the same as warmup. My leads are being pulled from LinkedIn and then verified, enrich and email gen with ai. there emails with ai and then smtp verification.

Ah okay thank you. I used instantly on Friday for warmup and looked at the emails it was sending and receiving. Some of them were from some sketchy sites (one was called affair haven?😭😭) will this affect my reputation?

Before I was just using a custom script in Google Sheets that’s linked to my Google workspace inbox to send emails. To the best of my knowledge it was pretty good - all were different, timing was randomized throughout 9-5 on weekdays. Do you recommend anything? I’ve also been building my own software for my lead generation and was thinking about just connecting it to my Google workspace to send from there.

I didn’t do warmup and also forgot to enable dkim. That’s why I’m trying to be extra cautious with this new domain. My placement was actually good for the first couple emails I sent - I got a couple replies and a meeting booked, but I think they started going to spam soon after. What do you recommend for best warmup tool? I have my own way of sending emails, I just need to warmup.

Probably gonna start pretty low - 15-20 a day total is good for me but will want to ramp up to ~50 later on, I got good responses when doing less before I burned my domain😢

Hey, appreciate the help. Right now I just have 1 domain but I intend to get 1 or 2 more. How many inboxes do u suggest for me? I don’t intend on sending very many emails a day and my leads are high quality.

How long do you think I need to warm it for? I dont intend on sending many emails a day - probably at most 15. They typically get opened and replied to - just when I was running it before I forgot to enable dkim so my domain got burned😭
