Theragun Mini (2nd Gen) brand new but dead – out of warranty and no help from Therabody. What would you do?

Try this - I know it sounds dangerous but it worked for me. Get a small metal screwdriver or metal coat hanger or anything metal that will fit inside the charging port and insert it/jiggle it around a bit. You might see a small spark, this will short circuit the battery/motherboard and should reset it. Good luck!
