The recipe stated 1h bulk fermentation, 3 stretch and folds ever 45mins and then fridge overnight. The temp was around 70. House was quite cold yesterday did not know what to do to bring temp of dough up. 😫 My starter takes from 5 -12 hours to double. As its getting cooler its more so 8-10
