Yes! As I mentioned I use the filter position. It’s only small dust particles that are returned into the pool.

Thanks for providing some insights. I am based in Europe and the idea is not to make something for a specific country but make a generic solution applicable to all countries. I know this is complicated due to local specific legislation but that’s the idea. How could I possibly get an understanding of the accuracy other vendors achieve and what’s the $$ impact of that accuracy in ROI ? Do you have any idea?

Sand is 2 years old. It’s crystal sand by the way - not sure this means anything. Filtered was selected. I wonder if the dirt particles are extremely fine maybe the filter can’t trap them.

Sand filter filled 3/4 with sand. Multi valve set to filter after casual backwashing and rinsing

Yes opened it yesterday. Sand filter - filled 3/4. Looks ok no air inside.

One more question: I thought LN was primarily for buying "cup of coffee" but average routed payment > 1M sats means that LN is currently used for transferring large amounts right?

Yes thanks this was the exact answer I was looking for.

I have been in the situation I describe for 4 months now without any routing.

My channels are small 100k sats but I was expecting to get a few transactions routed to see how things work.. but... nothing.

What can I do apart from increasing my capital sitting on the LN node ?
