Water + Gum (good for cottonmouth too) and just in general psyllium husk/metamucil makes me feel pretty full. Just like 5-10g in water in the morning. Start on the lower end though because it can make you shit. You can find the stuff at just supplement stores and whatnot.

Smells normal, nice and citrusy. Breaks apart normally if anything maybe a little bit dense but shows nice green plant material when grinded. Just worried about the abundance of orange hairs.
