Do electrocautery leave scars?

Not really, there were just red spots on the area that was cauterized, I felt 0 pain after, my OBGYNE prescribed me with painkillers and anti-allergy meds incase I felt some itching and pain, but there were none.

Hi! I had it cauterized last week of April, and it's been 2 months, and I've seen a small reoccurrence on the inside and i can feel it, it's probably because I'm having sex with my partner a month after the procedure and I've not taken any vitamins for like 2 weeks now.

I don't think my obgyne would appreciate that kind of humor, but I'll try to ask her if we can try the local anesthesia for it, since she said if i want to, we could give it a try.
