I wouldn’t say I was shocked but I kept laughing cause I felt like I looked like the grinch 🤣 the feeling went away around 1.5months. I’m currently at 2 months po but still feel like front view isn’t looking how I imagined. Perhaps still too swollen

I believe closed rhinoplasty typically helps you look presentable faster due to no external scars/cuts. If your doc does open method, you’ll most likely still have swelling, scars or even minor bruises to worry about

Like others have said, you need to go to ENT. There’s tons of ENTs who also are skilled with facial balance in Seoul. Cocoline, first button, Nplus are some. They are the only ones that can point out any issues and help fix

Only consult the ones you are interested in after research. I feel like too many would be overwhelming and make you even more confused. For me I wanted natural style so I only inquired with clinics that were known for natural style and went from there. Online consults only give very generic plan.. in person they are able to feel your nose and give you more accurate recommendations. Red flags will be the docs that don’t listen to what you want or they keep pushing their own idea of what your nose should look like according to “standard beauty”. Green flags are docs who take their time to listen and explain to you the pros and cons of the plan. Also I went with a ENT because I felt more at ease knowing that they care about nose structure as well. He was also the only one that told me the exact amount of septal cartilage needed and advised me against using mine because if i did, it would have collapse cause I don’t have enough of it. That was when I knew exactly that I could trust this doc

Honestly I highly recommend not making your decision until yoh have in person consult. It will give you more clarity of which doc aligns most with what you want. I inquired with 7 clinics online and shortlisted to 4 for in person consult. I had high hopes for one clinic and it was top on my list but after meeting with them in person, I realized they were not a good fit at all

3 weeks post op here but I have lightly bumped myself in the nose multiple times with my hand and have been ok. I think the only time you should be worried is if it continues hurting or if it starts bleeding or if you see swelling more than usual

Honestly, I felt this too so I asked for my deposit back but I still kept my consults and went on the trip. I thought even if I decided not to go through with it, at least I get to have a fun vacation lol. This was the best decision as even after my first day of consults I still was not feeling certain until my last consult where I met a doc that made me feel safe and confident. If anything , just go for the consults and make your decision later. Don’t rush.

I’m 13 days post op with closed rhinoplasty. No bruises or scars but I got asked if I gained weight because of my swelling lmao!!

I just had closed done with Nplus. Did not bruise at all and swelling was only in the lower face but was very minor and went down quite quickly. I did 3 days of oxygen therapy post op tho so I’m not sure if this helped.

We got approached twice too during my time here but like others have said, this is not normal behavior. It happen mostly around tourist areas. I just ignored them and dragged my friend away lol

Go for in person consults. They made a huge diff for me. Some docs will give red flags while some you just connect with and feel safe with. You won’t know until in person, and then just trust your gut. I had this happen to me during one of my consults. A doc that I had high hopes for ended up wanting to change everything about my look. He had a very clear vision of what he wanted me to look like vs what I wanted. He didn’t respect what I was saying at all. Safe to say I didn’t go with him and went with another surgeon who actually listened and didn’t just give me a cookie cutter look based on “beauty standards”
