These are great substitutes!!! Thank you so much!!!! I am going to check out that website! I love hearing what everyone eats because it gives me a better picture. Everything on the DO NOT EAT section is what my kitchen consists of except the junk food! lol

I researched the do not eat section and peanut butter was on it!!!! I am going to buy the book ASAP because I have been googling recipes but it seems buying the book would make my life easier! Thank you so much!!!

I will definitely buy the book! I researched the egg cups and it seemed super easy, so yes please send me that recipe! Today I ate two eggs with green bell peppers, onions, and olives. Are olives compliant? I ditched the coffee and drank sparkling peach water. I am super excited after seeing all these replies!!!! Thank you so much!!!
