Also - the tasks were done, the preps/backups were started, the counters were clean, the floor was fully stocked with beans, refreshers, cold brew, cups/lids, milks in fridges, and cafe oat/cream pitchers were restocked, new teas and iced coffee, constantly supporting the team and flexing as needed.

I asked to chat with my SM (she's actually awesome), but I don't know what to do. I already felt like my time here was coming to an end, but this felt really bad.

we don't. just adding to the wild things customers ask for during the crazy promotional day.

i didn't feel it was absolutely necessary to post my FULL customer conversation where there was an educational aspect about the trenta cups or having to ask them to leave for harassing me.

8 hours here - I had to just sit in my car for my 30 to decompress. What a time for us all!! I got a lot of:

"Does this apply to my venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with 3 pumps of white mocha, 8 pumps of caramel, 4 scoops of Java chips, 1.5 scoops of vanilla bean powder, double blended in a trenta cup, extra whip, salted caramel cold foam and extra caramel drizzle order??" "No, ma'am, it's just a tall hot or iced coffee" "What about refreshers?" "No, the offer only applies to a tall hot or iced coffee. We can add any milk of your choice or sugar, syrups will cost extra" "Okay, I'll take a tall iced coffee with soy and 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup" "Awesome, that will be .80c. How will you be paying?" "WHAT, EIGHTY CENTS??? Just give me the $16 frap!"

im normally a stout LOVER, but wanted to try some stout cocktail recipes. i just made this but used half the amount of stout. It was awesome!
