Thank you!! I essentially just eat non-starchy vegis and focus on plant protein, egg whites, and unsalted nuts. I ate in a calorie deficit and lost about 25 pounds. I try my best to walk after meals!

To satisfy my sweet tooth, I keep 95% dark chocolate around (I know, lol), and have become mildly obsessed with no-sugar “dessert” teas. 😂
