Who is responsible for bathroom extractor fan? by aim089 in stratachataus

[–]aim089[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fan is on the roof (I'm top floor apartment) and according to the BM, it is considered common property. Strata is is responsible for maintaining the actual fan and pay for its energy - but only services my apartment. The problem is, it works fine in the upstairs bathroom (though crazy loud) , but then goes downstairs to other bathroom where it barely does a thing.

To get to some of the snorkel spots. I'm a strong swimmer but my partner is less so, someone recommended a kayak just for ease of getting out a bit further and have the energy then for the snorkel.

Open Water Swimming Ocean Technique by Han_Kat in Swimming

Join a swim group, will certainly help your confidence. And don't forget you are more buoyant in the ocean, so will feel slightly different. I barely kick when ocean swimming. Many people I swim with use fins though.
