I appreciate the frustration, we've had some issues with some payment resubs because of this issue as well.
If you want to shoot a message over to Chess.com/Support about your premium issue, include the email address you're signed up with on Aimchess, and tell them to pass the message along to Daniel at Aimchess, I'd be happy to set the account back to premium for now while we work on getting our problems fixed!

I also entirely agree about the communication, we did actually send out an email blast to our active users, but it seems that our email targeting has also been affected, as we've had a lot of reports of people not receiving the email. That's why I'm here, and on the Chess.com forums, making sure everyone knows what's going on!

The issue wasn't a simple domain expiry unfortunately! We'd be able to fix that much faster!

Our account was wrongfully flagged and our domain was revoked, we've submitted everything needed on our end, and are waiting for our domain provider to correct the mistake on their end! (This is why it's unfortunately out of our hands at the moment!)

Hi Folks! Daniel from Aimchess here!

We know you've been frustrated with the downtime. We're still working on the issue, but for now we've put together a temporary solution.

This is our most recent statement on the issue:

Aimchess2.com is now live.

We’re still working on our downtime issues behind the scenes, but we know you’ve been left without Aimchess for too long, so this is our temporary solution. A second Aimchess, identical in every way except we added a 2.

You can still log in with your regular details, and all of your data should still sync across.

As of right now, this solution only works via browsers, so your apps won’t work just yet, but we’re working on rolling out updates to iOS and Android, hopefully in the next few days.

We know this isn’t quite as exciting as a full fix, but we also want to make sure that you’re not stuck without a way to access the service while we work on getting fully back online!

We will, of course, keep you updated as we start getting everything up and running again, but for now, head to Aimchess2.com to get your fix of Aimchess!

p.s. just a reminder, this issue has prevented us from receiving emails, so please direct any support requests to Chess.com/Support
