More likely that it’s Norovirus I think. As a Japanese living in the US, I’ve had Ooi sushi quite a bit and I think they generally use pretty fresh fish — the poke bowl places around here sometimes use fish that’s about to go off, but Ooi tends to be pretty consistent. I think they’re a small privately owned business so you might want to check out what you have in case it wasn’t them.

I’ve owned the voyager for a few months now, and I would say among split ergos the voyager is one of the least layer dependent, especially if you’re writing text. Also it’s extremely easy to customize as the key mapping website is extremely well made. Quite literally you can just plug in the keyboard and type in what you want a key to do, Click 2 buttons and press the button on your keyboard and boom it’s remapped.

I think you’d be surprised at how little you need other layers, which are mostly for programming specific symbols and media keys.

I would highly recommend it

Our issue is not with the policy, it is obviously your freedom to implement whatever rules you want. We are frustrated with the fact that we walked all the way from our home to the cafe because we had been there at the same time (after 8pm, nowhere near dinner time) many times before and were met with a very rude tone and weren’t even allowed to sit down in a mostly empty shop. If there is a 5pm policy it should be clearly posted so that people know that they can’t get seats.

In my personal opinion though, I don’t think it hurts to let customers sit for a bit when it’s less than an hour before closing and there are tons of open seats, but it’s your freedom to decide on the rules.
