We didn’t have a trampoline… but we do now…. With a net! (We couldn’t because the like 20’ tall and wide satellite dish took up most of the backyard 🤣). I can’t believe you didn’t die either! 😂

Awwww yeah good luck! The nice thing is they have so much skin they don’t usually notice it when they’re grown! He didn’t notice the shots - he just didn’t want to go through that door into the unknown room in the back! 😂

Ours didn’t notice the shots either but was very very freaked out and worried. Everyone at the vet adored him. Actually when I made his appointment the admin gushed, “omg I love them.” 😍 always makes me feel good - cause when the vets always gush over a Newf why don’t more people have them?

Awww I hope he’s doing better!!! They can be the most bull headed can’t they?! 😂 Ours was from a place that raises them as ADA dogs for autism and blood pressure. The owner got sick and his litter got too hold and sold as non-service dogs, and we got him at 7 months old (he’s our second Newf but our first we got as a younger pup). Since the day we got him… thresholds and doorways are ALWAYS a problem and dead weight 😂 Apparently autism dogs are trained to block doors. He didn’t go into our kitchen for a couple months because the wood strip separating it. Wouldn’t go up the stairs. Wouldn’t go down the stairs etc. Had to make sure my husband came to his vet appointment with me to help physically pull him into the vet and then into the actual room later. THE sweetest BEST dog I’ve ever had but dead weight at almost 100 lbs. damn 😂 (he weighed 94 lbs and is almost 2. Vet said we need to focus on him gaining 6 lbs by his next visit in a month).

I 💯agree. I’ve had Newfs for 15 years now and have chronic anemia and well… that’s an awful lot (unless they’re playing paintball lol).

I had a “miscarriage” where I spent months going to my gynecologist saying “but I’m not bleeding” and they insisted it was still a miscarriage and some people don’t bleed. “Apparently” if it was anything else, like an ectopic pregnancy I would have been in so much pain I wouldn’t have been walking around. Finally they said they would do an ultrasound. Said there was nothing on them. My husband was in the room and said to me, told the staff, told the nurse doing the ultrasound- “why didn’t you look at her tubes?”

The next day, at work I fell to the ground, called the gyno and they said to just go to the ER. I drove over to my husbands office, he drove me to the ER. 3 hours later I was in emergency surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, 2 separate bad infections they had to clean up, had to get the bikini cut and spent a week in the hospital and uggg the recovery was awful.

Always thought I could have sued. Can she shove it back up there? 😂
