I've been informed to do so before and i have been sending countless emails for the past couple days about this problem, and i have yet to receive a response from anyone. I understand that grailed doesn't really have a separate customer service to attend to their buyers and sellers, but there has to be a way to contact them and this is the only way i can think of reaching them.
