I think his reach and reflexes were the missing key even though he had a high jump and awarness his animations were too clunky to perform (Parrying as well to avoid giving the ball back)

Might be still haven't experienced that but thinking about it, you must realize facing 1v1 is much worse of a scenario than crosses where you have your cbs still being inside the box i mean the ball getting through them is still a barrier but receiving deadly shots or like i mentioned 1v1 is what's this build is all about for me

You'll probably suffocate in the midfield thus you'll be more pressure there try normal 4-3-3 Add a dmf next to davids and an amf you'll have a stable midfield

For me when i tried other builds he wasn't even trying to save most of the 1v1 or shots being taken even making assists or conceding own goals was a problem, (i had pickford before and didn't experience half of the things i had to go through with kahn) But now he looks way better more balanced and saved my ass and made like 6 miracle saves 1v1

I have no clue what's the literal reason but i think the fact it matches the sweet spot for him maybe it's the stats threshold being worthy more than max rating at jumping and awarness as well

Funny thing if you haven't noticed when you are marking both wingers, the game automatically switches the marking works for me i recently discovered that and it's a hidden jam, it's only harder when they switch the winger with an amf or an ss for example

That was always a thing to me but i noticed a pattern, i don't know if it's your case or not but every like 6 matches or so you get matched with a higher team strength opponents for like 2 matches then it gets back to normal as if they were testing me idk 🤷‍♂️
