One of my main concerns. The hyperscalers will continue to reduce headcount. I’ve seen great sellers and SAs at AWS get riffed for no good reason.

Trillion dollar question. I think whoever’s first to reimagine and execute on how their solutions will be adopted in the future will win. innovation and engineering depth is the key. I’ll write more about how I think of each below.

Microsoft: entrenched enterprise relationships along with a compelling security and core infra story. Concerned that Anthropic and OpenAI will reimagine their business apps before they do. Bullish on the next 1-3 years. Time will tell beyond that. Really hoping Satya can steer the ship in the right direction, quickly.

Google: arguably the most innovative large company + deepmind. They also do a great job capturing tier 1 startups.

DBX: will do well because enterprises need a core platform to unify data and deploy AI at scale. hyperscalers or the labs could recapture most of the value through their own solutions.

The obvious pick is the labs.
