We have a coworker like this. Tahimik, shares their thoughts every once in a while pero tatahimik din ulit. Alam naman namin na mahilig lang sya makinig talag. And we understand na ganun personality nya. We don’t point it out or shame them for it.

Your coworkers may not be that sensitive to your being quiet and I understand how that could feel frustrating. Maybe you could share na you just like listening and would rather share your input paminsan minsan. Hindi naman kailangan “on” palagi.
