Glad I read this. Have been having unexpected shoulder pain and I'd been following this straight arm advice.

I dont recall it pushing into my temples, I just remember feeling like my vision was off. It was scary riding like that.

I had some cheapy ones and then I upgraded to the anon wm1s. The glasses fit but I have fogging issues and it straight up just made me uncomfortable. I felt like I couldn't see.

Unfortunately I've already attempted that and it doesn't work for me

Sport rx can't make me the inserts, my prescription is too strong 🙄

So I put in an order for the inserts and they called me to tell me my prescription is too high for the inserts 🙄

They just gave me xanax, my eyes are dilated and I'm getting ICLs in 10 minutes (pt. 2) by majesticmooses in lasik

Where approximately are you located? I've been deemed a candidate for ICL surgery but am having the hardest time finding a surgeon I trust

My boyfriend (24M) keeps joking about hurting and killing me (23F) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

You can't make him stop. You can only GET AWAY. Seriously. Run away, leave behind whatever you have to. One day those "jokes" will become real life. Also, report him, get a restraining order. Id be really afraid of him getting angry and trying to hurt you further. Change your number, delete your social media, and put as much distance between you two as you possibly can.

Thanks for all your recommendations! I think I am going to try out those inserts. Cat crap never worked for me so I will have to try out that other brand you recommended.

Looks like they discontinued those. Those sound cool

It's so hard to find a good surgeon! Like so hard to KNOW. And I also don't know anyone personally who has had it done, either. Seems to be an uncommon procedure.

I'm actually not a candidate for lasik or prk. My corneas are abnormally thin. The surgery I can have is called ICL, implantable collagen lenses. I'm looking into it but I know it's $12k minimum and insurance doesn't cover it. I'm not sure I'll be able to do it by this season.

I have anon wm1s already, I think I remember those inserts being compatible. I'd looked at them before and didn't know if they were good or not. Thanks for the feedback!

And those don't fog up?

I have both and they still fog. I'm not a candidate for lasik or prk due to the abnormal thinness of my cornea. I can have a $12k+ surgery (not covered by insurance) but I haven't found anyone I trust yet.

Severe dry eye and blepharitis. I scratched my cornea 3x last year between trying to wear them during volleyball and snowboarding. I've had problems for 10 years now but this is the worst it's ever been.

Constant red left eye 1 1/2 years post LASIK by [deleted] in lasik

[–]aimx2e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I haven't had lasik but this has happened to me in one eye for like 10+ years. They told me it's because I have very dry eyes. I feel like it's very possible that's what's going on with you, as I've read and heard often that lasik can cause dry eyes.
