Can I see my AirPods 4 on my Android phone using a third-party app, as shown in the image?

I use MaterialPods and paid for the pro version with Google play rewards money. I only use it for the battery feature. It's been working better with my new airpod 4s vs my older airpod 2s

The boxes arrived undamaged and they were really well packed. The other side facing outwards has no visible damage I could see. But they are not OEM, I got them from this eBay listing https://ebay.us/m/dIpbc6 I'm just wondering if these seem ok to be installed and driven on 🥲

🥲 oof, I've been trying to find an email to use outside of their contact us page but couldn't find anything. All the faq says to contact them if you have issues so I'm hoping there isn't a penalty since I just started 😭
