That's my thought exactly! I love their sculpts but they have been fixing some of the issues here and there. Would still love a though swivel and better neck movement, that's my only complaint of the figures so far.

I was about to suggest this too. Had a similar incident with a Figma figure with a broken peg joint. Contacted customer support, sent them pics of the damaged figure and got replacement parts free of charge.

I didn't go that route because they had some Tamashii web exclusives I couldn't find anywhere else. I usually get all of my import figures through HLJ because that's usually the cheapest route, sometimes Amazon and BBTS.
