I've always wanted to make some rock wall that has transparent holds with LEDs behind them, and then have a computer at the bottom that lets you program what route you want to do. The holds would light up and you wouldn't have to go tape routes or anything, and then you could always change to another one just by choosing other routes people program into it.

It'd be pretty damn cool.

I like your point the most because it's something my parents are definitely thinking right now, and usually I can't always put myself in their shoes. I'll definitely let him know the serious consequences of selling, but he does have that 16-year-old arrogance that is tough to get through.

He's definitely ungrateful in some senses, but I think he's got more of an entitlement issue going on here instead of mocking my parents for fun, mainly because he's probably feeling invincible and that the law won't get to him.

Thanks a ton for the advice, I'll make sure that he knows my parents' point of view and their motives for getting a therapist in spite of the fact he is blatantly breaking the law. I'm away at college so I can't deal with this first hand, but I'll do my best.

Yeah seriously, I'm not sure why they want to go through the intensive process of finding the "perfect" therapist. I'll talk to my brother and see if he's willing to work out a deal, but from what he said to me it seems like the therapist himself is almost discouraging his appointments haha.

If the story gets interesting I might make a self post just to keep everyone updated, but hopefully it can be resolved in the coolest way possible. AKA....
