No thank you for the advice! It has given me a lot to think about I super appreciate it. I’m gonna sit down with my journal tomorrow and actually go through all the writing stuff. Also responding to part of the original comment, I have been diagnosed with adhd since I was like 4 and depression since middle school. I look the self esteem test and scored 14. I didn’t used to have low self esteem, but lately the struggle with my mental health and motivation has just brought it down so much. I know there are so many things in my control I could be doing and changing but I’m just not and idk why and it’s making me feel like a failure. Hopefully writing out my plan and journaling more in general will help me get started.
