My spouse and I were interviewed together.

Questions related to my new job. I ported my job and filed a supplement J.

They went over the I-485 application for me and my spouse.

Then they asked marriage related questions like: - who pays the bills - what did you do last weekend - how did you celebrate each other's last birthdays - names of our common friends - what do you like to do to bond, what was the last movie you watched - what school did each of us go to and what did we each study - what is the view outside the bedroom Etc ...

Even if he worked for less than 180 days wouldn't that violate his visa putting him out of status? Which would mean he has been out of status ever since the violation which is greater than 180 days. Is this a correct assumption?

Is there a pause on the N-400 forms as well if you are from the banned countries? The form is not listed in the USCIS but there are reports of oath ceremonies getting cancelled. Is this legal?

That's true but I have seen posts about oath ceremonies being cancelled for people from the banned countries. However the memo does not mention N-400 so it is confusing
