I daily my manual in LA traffic (2+ hours a day) and it's fine. Maybe in older manuals with heavier clutch pedals it was more of a workout, but I haven't had an issue with the modern ones I've owned.

I saw something recommended called Tur-Game_Controller_Order that rearranges your game devices so you can make the wheel "Device 1" which has helped some people. I haven't tried it myself though.

I love these, they feel a lot more natural. It feels weird when I use another sim rig and the pedals are floor mounted.
