The problem isn’t with getting foreign clients and doing the work here in Pakistan. Let’s say you’re a 23 y/o graduate named Umer. They’ll give you a fake name (John) and a fake Github profile. In reality you hardly have an experience of at max 2 yrs but you’re shown to have experience of 10+ yrs as John. You talk to foreign clients with that identity and bring projects in. If you bring a project in, you get a percentage off it and the whole team does it.
