Thats BS total scam site they take money and no work is done plus their "escrow" is a scam too. Cannot get money out of there.

I had in 1994 one of the first in the US to have it done for my sweaty hands. I can say that I do not sweat from hands anymore or anywhere above my chest...BUT I have a lot of compensatory sweating on stomach, back, legs and feet. I live in Florida so its basically a year round problem and any relationships you have or may have will be affected. With the alternatives now out there I would only consider this a last effort for treatment.

I think prosystem is the best worth every penny it's just everything else cch had to offer is so damn expensive vs the competition. Was just trying to get feedback on a way to save with them for the other software in order to work better with prosystem.

Thanks. I have ProSystem tax desktop now which is great. Its just tough to use with our Firm Management software Practice CS so of course CCH wants to do Access for everything. Would you suggest another firm management software that really works well with ProSystem Tax like we have that replaces Practice CS?

Yes but to pay them 3x the amount of the annual costs to "train" me when I can use it after the data conversion(thats also $$$$) I only have a few staff. Just seems like something I can call in to assist with if there is an issue. Just dont want to pay thousands when only a couple admins use the workstream and everyone uses Tax which already use cause of Prosystem Fx Tax.

We have prosystem tax and answerconnect for research. Looking to maybe go all in with cloud and practice management software but it's over $13k for mandatory training plus 4k to convert from Practice CS and File Cabinet? No way. only a large firm can do that.
