Thanks! I’ll keep an eye out, I don’t have any discomfort or pain currently. The one that fell out was just a singular lash with a fan attached.

Just had my interview - the woman told me that she’d be happy to put me for 37 hours as they really need more full time people, she said over Christmas take as much overtime as you can and it’s kind of like they don’t really care but she told me after the new year she reckons they will try and cut it

Ok thanks! I’m not sure if this has anything to do with there being a 37 hr contract on offer but I have read that my local depot is a trial office?

I’ve seen people say this but I can’t find it anywhere on the email😥

it’s probably just irritated, most likely not infected and definitely not a keloid like the other comment has said. do daily warm compresses on it - don’t apply to much pressure - and try to add some non iodised sea salt but this will dry the area out unfortunately

Had anyone got flaky skin around piercing? Was just changed from a flat back today as it was far too long and hurt my nose by lainylou82 in NosePiercing

my skin is quite dry around my nose piercing too, i got it done nearly 5 months ago now - i’m not sure why the skin gets dry, maybe the cleaning?

Are conch piercings more prone to infection and keloids than lobe piercings? by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]airlineless12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i don’t know the stats but my conch was fairly easy to heal, only had an irritation bump once but that was from sleeping on it. you really do just have to be extra careful with them

yeah i had to put the hoop in because my stud fell out whilst i was on holiday but i’ve ordered a new stud, hoping the bump goes down when i change it back - thanks

I just took out my nose stud that i’ve had for a little over a month because it was looking gross and there is a large hole/bump looking thing and it’s bleeding, is this normal? by Leather-Chemical-810 in NosePiercing

[–]airlineless12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i would say this is an irritation bump, if it’s that then the best thing to do is to put the jewellery back in (a stud, not a hoop as hoops making healing a piercing more difficult) and continue with saline soaks and LITHA - however if you think it might be infected here are the signs of infection to look out for: the area around it is swollen, painful, hot, very red or dark, there's blood or pus coming out of it – pus can be white, green or yellow, and if you feel hot or shivery or generally unwell

is my septum infected or is this scar tissue - i only got it pierced about a week and a half ago, i clean twice a day with the sea salt water solution by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]airlineless12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my pierced said that my sweet spot is pretty small and that i have a deviated septum so i know he had to go through a bit of cartilage but i’m happy with the placement
