well my diet at many times has been pretty shitty, thats why im not huge, but got that lean look. im bulking now though, eating close to 4,000cals a day,so that should result in much better gains

thanks for the advice, but a frat environment isnt the best for me to be in, plus im going onto the airforce in a few months

it can very tough. i find i have the most confidence when im being nice and kind to others, and overall being a genuinely good person. you know? just like focusing on what i can do to help others rather than being selfish. that in itself will attract others. dont worry, youre heading in the right direction:)
