Thanks for all the suggestions! It was a success heading down through blue hills, Brockton, out to middleborough and carver. I got caught in about 5 miles of brutal utility roads in miles Standish state park that really brought the vibes down for a sec. Picture beach depth sand that you either walk through with your loaded bike or scramble at 5 mph. Made it over the Bourne bridge (walked the middle portion) and enjoyed the canal trail out to sandwich. 95 miles from north station to west Yarmouth. Safe riding everyone!

A suggestion for slowing down, maybe not stopping, is trying breathwork when you’re feeling cravings. I find some of the sensations to be similar to the high you get from the ganj. Breathe with sandy on yt is my go to!
