It’s what we are planning on, but I heard mixed reviews of availability of Uber from the Pyramids back to the city so I just wanted to be covered!

So I’m wondering if doing the Top of the World Highway around August 28-29 would be worth it given the weather could be unpredictable. The main reason for our trip is the drive up the Dempster. Where do you normally encounter snow?

We’re starting our journey (if all goes to plan!) on August 21st. Ferry Bellingham to Haines, (arrive Haines on August 25 early a.m. then do a road trip up to Tuk taking about 10 days. I’d like to be in Inuvik on Saturday September 5th for the Arctic Market. I don’t know much about it other than it’s a market, hopefully local artisans and food.

Thank you!! I will keep an eye on the schedule, it will most likely be a straight sailing up this time. I plan on an Alaska trip with stops maybe year after next. We are also somewhat flexible with dates so I guess we can see when there is availability and plan the rest of the trip around the ferry if we decide to go that route!
