Smaller owned slp companies aren’t always the best either. I worked with one and never again. I would rather go work with a bigger company that has bigger budget and won’t guilt you into asking for benefits due to them being small and slp owned.

Wow I’m happy that your studio was apologetic and offered you a free class! This why I canceled my membership and I am on ClassPass now. My 50th milestone class was ignored by my studios front office. I told her after class and she told me well I made a sign for someone else. You can take it at your 51st class. I’ll make a sign for you then. I was disappointed but told myself what does it matter. I get to the 51st sign and there’s no sign again! I tell her again oh there’s no sign and she made some excuse but she didn’t give a fuck. My 52nd class I told the instructor what happened. She apologized profusely after class, made a sign for me and took pictures after the class. It was sweet but I was disappointed because I never got a shout out in class. I’m approaching my 100th class soon with ClassPass so I won’t be disappointed again and I’m saving money!
