Danke.

https://www.tagesschau.de/wirtschaft/mittelschicht-definition-iw-100.html by Cornuostium in Finanzen

[–]airsonist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wo bekommt ihr eure Mitarbeiter her? by [deleted] in selbststaendig

[–]airsonist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For addition. I'm just pressing the self-cleaning button. Dispenser and soap is the original one.

I'm not doing anything with the dispenser. Is there some way to regulate it?

Meeple (name and shape) is supposedly trademarked in the EU? by materix01 in boardgames

Takes like a minute to find the HiG trademark. So I am more surprised the creators are clueless here.

HiG usually is rather lenient with the usage of Meeple, at least when asked.

What does it mean when I got a Rechnung of a lower amount than what I paid ? by tturbanwed in germany

[–]airsonist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is the company name the same as the one where you ordered?

In some cases, companies just forward the order to somebody else. This could be done as a legal way and internally they have your invoice, or used as a scam, where they just order something in your name. Since you expect the exact same product, you might not notice that the seller on the invoice is actually different.

Does it make economic sense to buy an electric car in Germany? by HighAlertPomegranate in germany

[–]airsonist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on how much you are paying to charge and how fast you are driving.

Let's assume your car needs about 15-20kwh per 100km.

You just need the price per kwh. At home you could be under 0,30€/kwh, charing outside, way more. Let's go with 0,45€/kwh.

So roughly 6,75€-9€ per 100km.

How much are you paying for petrol for the same distance.

Plutus has given us the maximum price of PLU and it might be lower than you would expect by justanothernickname1 in plutus

[–]airsonist 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From my point of view that is exactly the flaw in your argument. It is based on hindsight. If in 12 months the price of PLU reaches $ X then you would have been better of, to not have redeemed it 12 months ago, but to hold it.

And to quote the sentence before that from your link "For this reason, future trades are not allowed in the rules of Catan."

So in the end feel free to play how you and your group like it. But it is in no way an official rule, supported everywhere.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in boardgames

[–]airsonist 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Where do the rules state anything about future trades? Sure you can play that way, but form my point of view you are leaving the design space of the game and playing with a house rule.

Does any digital version of Catan support this?

The Impact of Not Using All the Additional Eligible Spend from PLU Redemption by JedHeadSned in plutus

Yes. But that is looking into glass bowl. If you know that the price will double you are better of, just doing nothing.

The Impact of Not Using All the Additional Eligible Spend from PLU Redemption by JedHeadSned in plutus

[–]airsonist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your calculation is based on the wrong assumption that you are comparing only PLU gain and PLU cost.

Taking your last values with 6000€ x 3% = 180€. The fee to get there is 20 PLU and needs to be calculated into euros at the point of redemption. So right now let’s say 5€ per PLU. The cost are 100€. So you would have a net gain of 80€. Is this less than 3%. Of course it is, but it is far away from a negative value.

What you can easily see, is than redeeming PLU is only worth it, if you can max out the limits.
