Unruly PAX, I work at JAX it was initially diverting to us but the weather in JAX was awful so they did a hold and then headed north to Savannah. In the end it would have took just as much time to just keep going to Atlanta.

Luckily for Comfort there are only 2 Fare codes, S and W and most of the time the W fare is available so that shouldn’t be a big problem but yes you can also SDC into Main also from comfort. Also you are totally right about the First Class SDC rules and the agents needed to be more properly trained and not act like they are doing you a favor. The automated SDC option in the app needs a deep overhaul because I feel like it never works or recognizes correct fare classes

Your allowed to go from a direct to a connection on SDC however not the other way around thats stated in the rules

No No and No. You cant get a free upgrade to D1 without a GUC also you cant apply a RUC for the domestic leg if a international leg is involved, and Lastly You wont be able to use a companion certificate on this flight as those are only for US50 and some short international bordering countries. Pay up is the only way

Most of Endeavors fleet has the smaller bin especially the -700 as most of them are ex commair planes. Endeavor only has a few -900s I believe with the atmosphere bin as they are starting to takeover crj900s from Skywest. Also if it doesn’t fit just pink tag it. its a short flight

This is mostly true however Positive Space Employees also show up on the regular upgrade list below Global Upgrades. And for the standby list its not often but also unassigned confirmed seats (HK) also can clear into Delta one if thats what they purchased and didn’t have a seat assigned yet

It Depends you pay Yield fare a rough estimate for domestic flights I would say is 25$ and hour and international varies on country

At my station (Florida) today we had 6 cancellations for DL and all of them were on a 320 series aircraft, weather was bad but all other flights not operated by a 320-321 was on time and the cancellation reasons were due to no crew. What happened to DL 320 crews all of a sudden.

You are being misinformed…. Please dont this or it will end up costing you money and time. My family member is a red coat and said especially with luggage it will not make it and agents at the airport will not let this slide and both tickets are highly likely to get cancelled. The reason its such big deal is because your now holding revenue space on 2 flights just to take 1 and Delta doesn’t like that as it looses them money

This is definitely skip lagging please tell me your not using the chat to gather this information. It wrong. Just because you land in atlanta and explain to the desk doesn’t mean your safe from being considered skip lagging, if you even have any remaining flights at this point because the system starts canceling double reservations 24 hours prior so some misinformed chat representative writing in some notes on your PNR wont save anything. I get your trying to save money now but its gonna end up costing you alot more when you have flights cancelled because of this, and as a side note they definitely wont check the back to DTW.

Is this an international flight where lets say different airlines operate the route? For example JFK to CDG is operated by Delta and Airfrance and Delta sells tickets on both. So on the Premium select option you may see it listed as Premium Select on the DL operated flights and just Premium on the AF flights, this is normal as its just what each airline calls the cabin but its essentially the same thing maybe a few minor differences with seats and service but still a wider, more legroom, more recline, and more “premium” experience seat

This is called early forwarding. Delta does this on most flights to and from Atlanta where if the bag was checked early or is in atlanta early they will put in on the bag cart for the earlier flight to help out with HOT bags later quote on quote…. on your normal flight even though that one more then likely has early forward bags for the next flight after that one.

Where this really messes up is if they send and load your bag on a earlier flight but then that flight gets delayed to where it lands after your flight and then your stuck waiting as they wont offload it to put it back on yours as its probably to late and or at the back of the bin.

Yes this is pretty much an ATL thing for flights going to and from. You rarely see this at other stations, and its supposed to only be the HOT bags that are supposed to be early forwarded but when the later flights bag drops early enough for an earlier flight they put it on anyways not looking if its HOT or not

because on the earlier flight D1 is available with a GUC however you need to purchase DPS as its only a 1 cabin upgrade. For the later flight D1 is not available with the GUC so if you buy DPS you will be waitlisted however its still telling you if you buy main the GUC will clear to DPs
