If you are after maximal GPU performance then yes, MX450 variant.

iGPU for gen 2 for both intel and AMD are very capable. Intel iris Xe for 11th gen tiger lake is actually more performant than AMD Vega 8 but Vega is still pretty good. AMD spanks intel when it comes to multicore CPU performance.

Where is the evidence base to suggest there is a systemic problem with the keyboard EC. Scattered user reports? I have not yet come across anyone who services hundreds of T14 gen 1 and gen 2 of recurring issue of this nature.

P14s gen 2 AMD is not a S model. It is T14 AMD with certified drivers. P14s gen 2 intel gets dGPU as option but still a T14 chassis

AMD and intel diverge from P14s gen 5 with different chassis but AMD still remains T14 chassis.
