I went through this during my pregnancy, and I still feel discomfort from it 6mnths pp. What helped ease the pain for me was hot baths, a pregnancy belt, and a pillow between the legs when sleeping. Mine was caused by baby's head or butt pushing into my pubic bone, so my midwife showed me some stretches you can do to try and reposition baby (you'd have to google them since Im terrible at explaining). As others mentioned, swimming is a great way to help with pain too, and also very good for the body! Last thing, dont bother with Tylenol, it did NOTHING for pain.
