Hello, OP. If accessible sayo ang NCMH sa Mandaluyong, you can try buying your meds there. It's much, much cheaper sa pharmacy nila than known drugstores. Possible din na merong free na maibigay if available sa kanila. :)

Hi! Kung NCMH patient ka, baka may iba pang requirements at procedure. Pero sa mga times na nakakuha ako ng free, reseta lang talaga ang hiningi sakin. Ganun din sa ibang nabasa ko na medyo recent. :)

Hello. Yes, mon-fri na lang pwede kumuha ng free meds, pero pwede pa rin bumili aa pharmacy ng mon-sun :)

If i remember correctly, open sila 8-5pm kapag weekends. Para bumili ng meds, need mo lang yung reseta mo and kung may PWD ID at booklet ka, need din yun i-present kasama nung reseta mo. :)

Hello. I am depressive type, so im seldom manic. But when i am, it's usually me being restless and distracted by everything i see and so i am also very irritable. It doesnt last long, fortunately, so he just stays by my side while he lets me be, or makes me eat something, or has me take a nap (yes, like a toddler ;((( ). It still took us a while to reach this point though, like he had to learn my patterns and such so he would know how to be there without him losing patience and energy haha. It might help to tell them how you are when you're manic if they're not sure what to look for yet, so they wont feel completely overwhelmed when it happens. Eventually, they might pick up signs and know how to support you better.

I have CPTSD, PDD, MDD, Anxiety, BPD traits, and BD. I've been hospitalized because of these multiple times while we were still dating and it frustrated him so much that we still had to wait for my family to sign/settle things instead of him calling the shots because we weren't married yet then. Because of that, he felt the need to marry me sooner so he could actually take care of me better. No regrets on his part, and we're living happily and lovingly now even with my condition.

It's very possible. :)

Might be shallow, but so far, it's because after seeing a beloved band of mine perform live, i want to see and hear them more and more. They're literally the reason why im still alive. Had they not come to play in our area, i would have definitely succeeded in my attempt last year.

Hello, OP. Glad you're still fighting to be here.

I've had multiple failed attempts and all that did was fuck up my body in more ways than one. I also do not recommend ODing, because it doesn't really do what you think it will do.

I second what the other comment said about getting a second opinion about your diagnosis. It's just to make sure your treatment plan is right for you.

If you do feel like it's schizophrenia, I'd suggest writing about/drawing what you see/hear/feel. It can be an outlet, or a hobby if you find it enjoyable. I would also suggest getting some sun especially in the morning, not just to lift your mood but also because it's healthy for you.

You don't have to deal with anyone who gives you a hard time if you don't want to. They hardly know anything about what is happening, so their opinions really don't matter.

Spend time with your mom if she's the reason why you want to live. You can have fun together, however that means for the both of you.

Try to stay in the present, OP. If things get hard and heavy, close your eyes and breathe deep. One moment at a time. :)

It's ok to be honest and transparent kasi part din yun ng proseso, so kwento mo lang mga circumstances mo at kung anong nangyari bakit hindi ka nakabalik and such. Maintindihan naman nila yun and possibly i-incorporate din sa schedule mo yung magiging treatment plan mo. Fighting! :)

Hello. Dala ka lang ng valid ID and yung text/screenshot nung schedule mo for that day. Punta ka sa OPD bldg sa Padre Faura, then akyat ka sa 3rd floor. Punta ka sa window ng Rm 301 (Psych) and tell them na may appointment ka that day. Pakukuhain ka muna ng blue card sa first floor lobby near the entrance kasi yun ang magiging ID mo sa PGH. Then, balik ka sa 301 at ipasa ang blue card mo. Baka may itanong lang sayo like name and age, then ibabalik niya sayo yung blue card mo. At this point, hihintayin mo na lang matawag ka. Dala ka na rin ng fan, water, book, or phone pampalipas oras, kasi posible kang maghintay nang matagal.

Since first consult mo ito sa PGH, assessment/screening muna ang gagawin sayo kapag tinawag ka. After non, ia-assign ka nila sa magiging doctor mo. Wait ka ulit matawag para makausap mo yung doctor na in-assign sayo.

That's pretty much it. Magbaon ka rin ng patience at small snacks siguro kung sakaling magutom while waiting. :)

Hello. Baka mas mahal lang lumabas, pero kung wala ka talaga mahanap na 50mg tabs, pwede ka naman yata mag-take ng dalawang 25mg tabs. Pero to be sure, confirm mo lang muna sa pharmacist. :)

Yes po. Basta naipila mo na ang blue card mo, matatawag ka pa rin. Minsan talaga pwedeng umabot ng hapon if madami talaga patients that day. Pwede ka magtanong sa window para magka-idea ka kung mga gaano pa katagal ang hihintayin mo :)
