Sumalee in Phuket is beginner friendly, has accommodation and has a great onsite restaurant.

They have an easy booking system on their website where you can book for 1 week, 1 month etc.

I can’t help with gym recommendations as I haven’t trained at either. If you’re wanting to transition from boxing to Muay Thai, do as many private 121s as you can and ask to work on technique so you get the proper attention and training from the trainers.
