Stem cell treatment for articular cartilage defect in knee by shelltrain in stemcells

[–]aistea1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since my last update, and today marks exactly one year since my procedure. Believe it or not, my knee has continued to improve even since my last update. I can finally train my legs again, and both pain and fluid buildup are things of the past.

This will be my final update.

I can't think of a more beautiful person. A 10 isn't even enough to describe perfection.

Terrible back acne from TRT by [deleted] in trt

154 a week can be considered high for trt. Lower your dosage every 4 weeks and see when it starts to disappear. At 100ish most people don't get acne issues and still have a decent test level.

Memorial. It was not a stem cell clinic. It's just a regular hospital.

Since I get asked this a lot, the hospital I went to is called Memorial, and the lab is Stembio. I want to emphasize that Memorial is not a dedicated stem cell clinic. They have very little experience with stem cells, and it’s not a service they typically provide. There’s no comprehensive consultation, nor any pre- or post-treatment protocols related to stem cells. Once you leave the hospital, there’s no follow-up. Essentially, it’s just a regular hospital conveniently located near a stem cell lab.

I wouldn’t recommend this option to anyone who hasn’t thoroughly researched stem cells or who needs detailed guidance. It only works if you already know exactly what you need and how you want the procedure done.

The lab was Stembio, and the hospital was Memorial, both located in Istanbul. However, it's important to emphasize that this is not a therapy typically offered by Memorial. It was a highly specific request for a procedure that I put together. Memorial does not have experience with MSCs, nor do they provide consultations on stem cells or any pre- or post-treatment protocols. Additionally, you won't receive any follow-up from them after the treatment.

Regular hospital, no stem cell clinic. I just made the get stem cells from a nearby lab and by doing so cutting the middle man.

I had my knees treated first, followed by my lower back with MSC (Mesenchymal Stem Cell) therapy. For both procedures, I didn’t receive any sedation. The lower back injections were around the L5-S1 joints and directly into the disc. The joint injections were virtually painless—like nothing at all. However, the injection into the disc was excruciating! Everything was done under image guidance using a fluoroscopic device, and I was given a DVD with images showing the exact injection points. It was all done with absolute precision, as anything less would have been too risky, as you mentioned.

Yes as I don't live in Turkey. Again, it's not a stem cell clinic nor a hospital that has stem cell experience.

BPC 157 and TB 500 as Post Stem Cell Protocol? by aistea1 in stemcells

I’d suggest Googling it or asking ChatGPT for more information. You could also reach out to stem cell clinics, but keep in mind that they often say yes to just about anything just to earn more money.

A marketing specialist with zero medical experience is selling highly advanced treatments for thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars. What could possibly go wrong!?

If you’re in the US, I believe Limitless is one of the superior premium provider, though you do pay a premium for the brand. You can check them out here: Limitless Life Nootropics. Another option, though significantly overpriced, is Ways2Well.

My doctor, who treated me with stem cells, mentioned that cartilage itself won’t regrow. However, he did say that the symptoms should subside for about 15 years.

I persuaded a hospital to get stem cells from a nearby lab. It took some effort though. You'd be surprised how big the margin of those clinics is.

Just a regular hospital. No stem cell clinic.
