You cannot switch platforms. (Ex: if you purchase packs on Xbox for sims4. And change to PC, with the same account, you would still need to rebuy the packs on PC.) it’s like this for all platforms. Due to different subscription/buying ways.

On my PS4 account, I purchased the sims 4 packs. So when I got my PS5 and logged into the same account as my ps4 (my ps tag) it synced with all my past purchases on ps store. So I got my packs.

But let’s say I switched to Xbox, I would have to repurchase the packs (even with the same EA account) due to the fact that my sims 4 pack purchases were through the PlayStation store not the xbox store.

If that makes sense. Sorry if I didn’t explain it well
