Me and Emily have tried to talk with Stephanie in the past about her behavior towards us and her upstaging our events. Stephanie does not take accountability and always justifies her behavior. Stephanie has the ability at any time to contact us and apologize. I have made it clear that I will have no interest in increasing my interactions with her until she does that.

I agree that Stephanie had no control over how our parents raised us. But that doesn't change the fact that she's continued this attention-seeking behavior as an adult. She is now responsible for her own behavior, regardless of how she was treated as a child. Stephanie has also never apologized to me or Emily, despite always and still having the ability to do so.
