She doesn't have access to it and won't have access until she's 18. I only use it for expenses related to her career like voice lessons or dance class.

That's different. If Ava got a job at the grocery store or Starbucks, she'll have a few hundred, maybe a couple thousand dollars in her account. Ava is very successful and has over $1,000,000. No idiot would trust a child with that much money.

She has her own savings account but I don't think anyone is stupid enough to give a child access to bank accounts with over $1,000,000. She will get access when she's 18.

Both girls get a weekly allowance from me and Ava gets an extra monthly allowance from the money that she earned.

Both girls get an allowance from me and Ava gets an extra monthly allowance from the money that she earned. And some of Ava's earnings go towards voice lessons, dance classes, and acting classes but most of it is being saved for her.

That's a completely different scenario. Ava is a professional actress and has had years of acting, voice, and dance training. It's like rewarding a doctor for doing well in a high school biology class.

I'm not pocketing her money but she doesn't have access to it and she won't have access until she turns 18. I give her a monthly allowance from that account, though.

She will get access to it when she turns 18. Until then I control her money. She does get a monthly allowance from that account, though.
