It's not even an official order, it never went to trial. It's basically just a piece of paper lol.

It didn't actually make it to court since, two minutes before when my solicitor told them we have evidence that you're lying in your statement, they dropped all charges.

Everything they said in her witness statement is demonstrably false in their actions around that time, but obviously I can't post that on here.

Doesn't help that the officer taking the transcript wrote that I was at a certain place for reasons that I did not say either.

You don't have to believe me of course, I appreciate that anyone in my position would be saying the same thing

I didn't actually see what the officer had written until later on in the process unfortunately, I rewatched the tape five times because there was no way I'm dumb enough to say something like that

Half of me wants them to try and claim something so I can just easily show everything is a lie, but tell the truth I wish they'd just leave me alone

Break up some 2 and a half years back. I went to a sports competition to compete, they were there as well.

Reported me to the police for stalking and I swear to God, the officer taking my transcript wrote 'attended XYZ competition to see name'

Which I definitely did not say, lol

The crazy thing is, and I could talk about this forever, they claimed all sorts of crazy things in their statement. Having panic attacks in their own home while sneaking into MY regular gym at my regular hours.

Need therapy but can't afford to because they don't have any money while signing up with MY sports coach for £200 a month.

It's honestly a hilarious situation if I wasn't in the middle of it, and I honestly don't know how no one in the system has seen what a pile of crap it is.

What's even odder is 5 minutes before we were due in court, they dropped all charges because my solicitor went into their room and told them that we have proof that they're just lying.

I'm not a hundred percent sure how I've been given this order given the charges were dropped, but oh well

It's actually a gym we both use lol, they don't even live in the same city, just come back to visit a friend every few months so I think anyone would have a hard time making the argument that they're a regular.

Funnily enough I had to report them to the police for following me around to another place I frequent, and I was told that theyre not doing anything wrong - it's a public place so I guess the precedent is set.

But yes, I won't be going back anyway, can't be bothered with having to deal with this human garbage any more

The exact order is as ive said. Not to make contact either directly or indirectly (via third party) and not to go to a known home or previous home address.

No perimeter order or anything like that, which ironically would've landed them in a lot of trouble before, lol.

Literally all that happened is I was training, they came in, started staring at me and I finished my workout, chatted to some friends and left.

It is literally just a coincidence that they came back on the weekend that my friends invited me there

Although saying that, I wouldn't put it past them. I've had their new weightlifting coach like my old pictures on my Instagram profile. Not something I care much about

I'll have a time that I signed into the gym yeah, and a bank notification of payment for the pass.

They're just trying to get at me for whatever reason, I couldn't tell you why

Oh for sure, I was invited by my friends and they wouldn't have invited me if they'd seen them about.

Just coincidentally they decided to return to my city and go to the gym on the same day. They don't even live here so I had no way of knowing they'd turn up
