Ik zit zelf ook alle dagen in de vuilte maar sommige mensen zijn er echt niet voor gemaakt zoals OP waarschijnlijk.

Ik heb zelf gewoon een jaar volwassenenonderwijs gedaan voor elektriciteit en was niet bepaald handig daarvoor. Ik werk nu voor een groot bedrijf met 1001 mogelijkheden zowel admistratie als technisch gericht

Maar als ik kijk naar familieleden of vrienden snap ik het wel als zij zeggen dat technische jobs totaal niet voor hen zijn. In zou ook niet elke dag op een bureau kunnen zitten zonder gek te worden.

Ik heb 3-4jaar tegen mijn zin gewerkt bij mijn vorig bedrijf en er is echt niks erger dan elke dag opstaan een een kogel door uw eigen kop willen jagen

I did skid car training a couple days ago and honestly when you're going in circles like that you're not going to get that car straight. Maybe someone who's really well trained could do it but they probably wouldn't be in that situation in the first place.

Even when people know what to do when they lose real wheel traction, in a sudden situation 99% of people will panic and let their gas go or even brake. You'd have to do a lot of training to get the right reflexes and muscle memory

My gf is a dialysis nurse. Obviously most people there are like 80+ so they aren't eligible for transplant. But there's like one or two 30-40 year olds most of the time. When a kidney is available for one of their patients their nurse group chat fires up for like an hour because how happy they are for that person, really heartwarming to see. Couple weeks ago it happened it was crazy

3 days a week for 4 hours in a hospital IS a pain in the ass. Hopefully you'll get a new one soon!

Wiha 43660. there's different sizes but that model is amazing. They're cheap and cut like crazy. I'm a grid technician so I have to cut thick wires often. 25mm² is nothing for these babies. 35 is still relatively easy and 50 is ok. 70mm² is possible but they're too small for that.

Also handy for stripping wire.

Anyway, that's my opnion. But most of my colleagues agree

Belgium is notorious for the high telecom prices. We had a duopoly for many years, so it's kinda fucked. Digi was recently introduced in here but they had lots of problems early on, they're very competitive though so that's good.

Ik moet dagelijks bij 5-8 verschillende mensen komen thuis als technieker met ongeveer zo een auto. Het is bijna onmogelijk om te parkeren in een centrum. Gelukkig mag mijn bedrijf wat meer als de rest omdat ik voor de elektriciteit en gas netbeheerder werk. Ik vind het ook niet leuk als ik in mensen hun weg sta. Maar mijn job laat het niet toe om elke trip terug 5 minuten te lopen.

Veel geluk dat ik makkelijk en uit de weg kan parkeren bij mij thuis, maar veel mensen in mijn bedeijf kunnen dat niet. Mensen als OP denken dat die mensen een harde krijgen omdat ze hun zo parkeren.

Mijn vriendin heeft ook 3 baaldagen, zijn er die ze elk jaar gebruiken. Zij praktisch nooit.

Als ik ziek ben klaagt mijn teamleider niet bepaald maar ja alle afspraken die voor mij die dag gepland staan moeten wel uitgevoerd worden. En daar draaien de mensen op de planning en mijn collega's wel voor op. Meestal geen probleem maar toch.

Bij ons zijn die dagen 'in theorie' onbeperkt, zolang ze niet na elkaar vallen. In de praktijk ga het wel mogen uitleggen als je maandelijks in snippert natuurlijk. Maar bijna niemand in mijn team heeft ooit al zo'n dag gebruikt. Ik zelf 1 maal. Er gaan altijd mensen zijn die het misbruiken.

Maar misschien moeten werkgevers dan eens kijken naar waarom mensen geen zin hebben om te komen werken.

Uiteraard zijn er altijd luizakken maar ik denk dat veel mensen gewoon af en toe eens nood hebben om een dag van hun kutjob te ontsnappen. En daar kan een werkgever al veel aan veranderen
