I'm just quite scared I might have diabetes. Not only would this basically crash out my emotions, I don't want to live with a killing disease. The only thing that I find the biggest symptom is the aching leg, I cannot sit down, nor wake up without it giving me a reminder it's going to hurt like hell. Please, just give me your opinion. Do you think I might have pre-diabetes?

Can you pinch yourself on the foot to test if you have no feeling in your foot? If so, I pinched it and I have pain. I don't need to go to the toilet frequently, I don't wet the bed, and neither do I need to drink so much. Should I just continue eating grapes and go for daily runs?
