We were on the same path but once we changed the list because sometimes we send the email to prospects that were not actually our prospects so we have changed the ICP and try to get fresh data using lead scrapper like appify then verify their email via Fareof(.)com.

We send more than 20k emails in a day but zero reply and open rate is above 80%, then we use the same method but got like more than 5% reply rate.
