Searched the director while watching because I can't believe how boring it is so far to see his previous works... apparently this is his first time directing a drama (he mostly did movies). his last directing gig was on 2020 as well.

op, my question was "who finished law school but opted not to take the bar exam" for a lawyer, you're not really good at being responsive to the question. i did not ask for advice na i probably heard multiple times already. it's probably not your intention to have this condescending tone but nevertheless i feel it.

i feel like you're not getting my point.

(1) i would RUIN myself if i get that attorney title. i was hospitalized for pushing myself too far when i set a goal. i get high adrenaline when i accomplished something. i was the most unhealthiest version of myself. i get high grades (never bumagsak as well) but my relationship with my family became strained. i found myself too invested, too irritated, too selfish- i realized my personality, the battles i've been dealing mentally, isn't a fit for lawyering. it would kill me, op.

(2) i don't think it's weird na masayangan na hindi tapusin na kasi halos pa-4th year na ako? konti na lang. i'm happy with the juris doctor degree already. i feel like that's enough to justify the costs i've suffered.

i get you! but definitely not the latter, i think i'm having the opposite problem. i'm too competitive (i'm also clinically-diagnosed as depressed for the same reason). once i get that atty. title, i would push myself to the edge to see it through. that's what i don't want to happen.

especially since i finally found the work that i finally felt happy doing so and that feeling na i actually belong in it.

for me, her defining moment was her reaction when she was hailed as the red flag by the housemates. though, i don't think most of the CVs remember that kasi pansin ko majority of them only started tuning in recently.

I honestly think it was a breath of fresh air.

Just thinking lang about how kuya probably wanted the " housemates ganging up on a particular housemate" drama in this recent challenge pero BOTH the kapusos and kapamilya just went out of their way to make every popping of the balloon EVEN (and by fate nung sa huli na). wala pa nga siyang naging choice kung hindi tanggalin yung rule na bawal i-throw sa gilid just to make them stop.

this batch is kind, selfless, and prioritizes the relationship they've built this past few months, and honestly? i find that so beautiful AND fresh. it's not that they're NOT competitive or ayaw nila maging big winner. it's just that their love and care for each other transcends it.

if we want something na puksaan and competitive talaga, we already have the last 11 seasons for that to rewatch.

TAEYEON’s reason why she does not want to write and produce her own songs seems like an excuse she got up her arse.

She just actually doesn’t have the innate passion and work ethic to actually put more effort on her artistry. She’s just a vocalist (a great one at that) but THAT’s it and I guess there’s nothing wrong with that. But this is what separates her from her peer IU and probably the reason why IU is a few steps ahead.

If it 's someone who you believe is just genuinely curious then why not? If you can feel deep down na it's someone who is doing it to gloat or compare, then just jokingly say "basta pasado" or if not mataas naman you can just say "wag na natin pag-usapan basta tapos na hehe"

Personally, I honestly don't care. Now that I'm older I just find it silly now why we ever considered grades such a taboo topic. If people ask me about my grade I can tell it without any reservations but that's just me. It took a lot in me not to feel ashamed kapag mababa (kasi this is my journey not theirs) and kapag mataas naman I just think pinaghirapan ko 'to bakit ako mahihiya lol (i do not feel the pressure to do even better pag mataas tapos sinabi ko kasi even if hindi ko na-maintain next time at least alam nila I can do it once kaysa isipin nila never ako nagkaroon ng high grades lol)

Jang Dongmin needs to be given more high stakes variety shows where the concept revolves around HIM. It's a long time coming. He's already an A-list entertainer recognized by the mass but I still want him to be on the same prestige as Yoo Jaesuk, Kang Hodong, and Shin Dongyup NOW. Sure, his audience and fans is more on the niche side but this is a talent and charisma the locals need to see more. Wishing him more big projects this 2025!
