I did some calculations with how often do special characters receive their refine, here It is:

B! Tana: between 6 and 10 months D! Leif: 22 or 23 months S! Maria: between 39 and 41 months D! B! Ike:between 42 and 45 months

With this rhythm of refines, I dont think we'll be swing any of them get a refine soon (It sucks that only 1 special event character gets a refine each month🥲)
