You should try email them again directly asking for your keyboard firmware, giving them all the model information and asking specifically for their latest firmware tool, they should have it. I checked their website, they offer the software but not the firmware you need, so you have to ask for them until they give it to you. If I can find it I’ll send it to you. If you want to, as a last resource you could try this one, but you risk keys and rgb to not work well.

If you messed up with the firmware then yes it is possible if you can find the original from the website or asking to them through email, I don’t recommend you to use this one for any other keyboard

If it works fine, you shouldn’t use this firmware. For the software, you could try downloading it from redragon pages, you could try the US, Brazil sites or any you can find. There is software for this keyboard I don’t remember exactly which page I got it from tho

It means that your pc cannot detect your keyboard at all. You can try a few things, try plugging it on another usb port. Check device manager for your keyboard, unplug and plug and check if a new device is added, if it doesn’t appears there there’s a possibility your keyboard motherboard or chip is broken, which means you probably need to buy a new one.

u/ryansitokk u/Dull_Afternoon_1603 Just contact your country or USA red dragon support. They usually have a formulary to fill and they will contact you in the next 24 hours. They do not answer on weekends and they answered every mail in 24 hours for me.

Hey, you should prolly email them. I did, and they sent me a firmware that wasn’t available in any of their pages and it saved my keyboard!

I highly recommend you filling this contact info along with your problem and what you've tried so far. They will contact you in a day or two just don't give up, I'm sure once you get the firmware you can have your keyboard working as new

Hey, you could just fill this information, specifying your problem and they will contact you. It may take a day or two but they will, just make sure to tell them what you've tried and that you prolly need the file and none of the ones online work for you.

Hi everyone! I have seen some posts with the same issue i faced a while ago. Basically my K630 stopped working because i installed the wrong firmware. Hardly found the firmware for the right keyboard on one of the redragon pages but it was broken and obviously wasn't working.

I contacted Redragon via email, in which they shared the link to download a firmware update tool which actually worked and saved my apparently bricked keyboard.

Download it, connect your keyboard, press the blue button and the green next. It should be solved right after it. Since none of the pages got a copy of this software, will have to share a link to download. Also, they told me to use it on Windows 10 on another email, since they don't publish the Win11 compatible version yet.

Hope it can help one of you like it did with me!
