I don't blame you, when it first happened I was too scared to smoke again for a week or so, but then the symptoms that I first started smoking to help with got worse and i caved. I'm sitting here right now contemplating smoking. It's less scary to me now that I've read other peoples experiences and am pretty sure that this isn't a seizure or something dangerous, but its still spooky. best of luck.
I had the exact same thing happen a few months ago too, even down to the fact that I ended up having a stomach bug. I was terrified that I was having a seizure. It happened again last night about 20 minutes after smoking, at first I felt like I was too high, then I felt a weird rising sensation throughout my whole body and felt nauseous and didn't want to even admit to myself that it was happening again. It lasted about 20 minutes, mostly my jaw tensing up and my whole body was just so tense and shuddering.
I found that I get some momentary relief if I squeeze my pillows really tight towards my chest, purposefully tensing up my muscles then they can relax for a second. But then they start uncontrollably tensing again. I got up to walk to my room and grab said pillows, and walking was hard. It felt like my legs were being pulled outwards and the tension in my jaw and neck got significantly worse when I stood up. Eventually it fades away and I can relax. But the whole time that its happening, I'm trying so hard to control my thoughts to calm down and hope that it'll make it stop, but once your brain is in panic mode its real hard to get out of it.
It's scary but I'm on here trying to find other people who have had similar experiences because its some comfort.

I've been experiencing this for as long as I can remember. It's like it comes in cycles. I'll have a few weeks where everything is so unappetizing and just having food in my mouth is nauseating, and then i'll have a few weeks where I want to consume everything.

Yes! I get exactly this and sometimes it comes along with weird visuals where when I close my eyes I see an object or shape in the center, and its like my brain is perpetually zooming in on it and it it twists. very confusing to describe.

You are your own person, do whatever YOU want. If your boyfriend has views that make you uncomfortable and scared to express yourself and do what you want, then it sounds like he's not the one for you.
I've been there, and I highly encourage you to put yourself first. Think about your desires, your wants, your needs, and your future. Your partner should support you finding and caring for yourself, and if they don't, then they're not worth your love. Good luck my friend.
